I am a full-spectrum Indigenous (Hopi, Yaqui, Mexican/ Spanish) doula and aspiring traditional midwife, deeply connected to the healing traditions of my Indigenous and Hispanic ancestors. As the co-founder of a nonprofit focused on reproductive justice and birth equity in Arizona, I provide comprehensive support across all reproductive experiences. My holistic approach honors each transition as a sacred ceremony, incorporating Mexican Traditional Medicine, herbalism, and healing foods.
